Why does the sublimation paper curl



    Do you know why sublimation transfer paper crimping during the process of printing? it's a quite big problem for our printing head, if you meet this problem, pls take notice.

    Crimping is mainly rubbed print head, affect the useful life of print head, and also is not convenient to cut the paper. Reasons concluded as below:

    1)The humidity of the paper too high. we should keep humidity between 40%~60%.
    2)Air drying Digital image color too deep.
    3)No coating at the back of the paper
    4)The widest paper is the easiest to crimp.
    5)Most importantly, printing workshop temperature is very essential, should be limited between 24 degrees and 25 degrees.

   Therefore, another question appears, How to storage sublimation paper? 

   Transfer paper storage conditions: waterproof, fire prevention, avoid light, pay attention to seal when not in use.
